Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Readsplatform ("Service") provided by Reads.az ("we", "our", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Reads is an AI-powered ad management platform that lets you manage your Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns from a unified dashboard. The Service includes campaign creation, editing, performance reporting, AI-generated keyword and ad-copy suggestions, automated optimization recommendations, and AI image generation. The exact feature set may evolve over time.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
  • You must provide accurate, current account information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
  • One natural person or legal entity per account. You may not share account credentials.

3. Connecting Ad Accounts

The core function of Reads requires you to connect at least one Meta or Google Ads account via OAuth. By connecting an ad account you represent that:

  • You are authorized by the ad account owner to grant Reads access on its behalf.
  • You will comply with the policies of the ad platform whose account you connect, including the Meta Platform Terms, Meta Advertising Policies, the Google Ads policies, and the Google Ads API Terms of Service.
  • You will not use Reads to circumvent restrictions or limitations imposed by Meta or Google on the underlying ad account.

4. Google Ads API Use

Reads accesses the Google Ads API on your behalf using OAuth 2.0 and a developer token registered with Google. We comply with the Google Ads API Terms of Service and the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements (see our Privacy Policy). You retain full control of your Google Ads account; you can revoke Reads's access at any time from myaccount.google.com/connections or from within Reads.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
  • Advertise prohibited content under Meta, Google, or applicable local law.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our infrastructure.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Service except through documented APIs.
  • Use the Service to send spam, run malware, phish, or harass.
  • Interfere with the Service's operation (e.g., DoS attacks, bot traffic, excessive crawling).
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercialize the Service to third parties without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice depending on severity.

6. AI-Generated Content

Reads produces AI-generated ad copy, keyword suggestions, and ad creatives based on your campaign data and prompts. AI output is generated by third-party models (Google Vertex AI / Gemini) and may contain errors, biases, or content that is inappropriate for your audience or jurisdiction. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing it to Meta or Google. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, compliance, or performance of AI-generated content.

7. Subscription and Payment

  • Reads offers a free trial and paid subscription plans. Plan details and prices are listed at reads.az/pricing.
  • Payments are processed by Epoint. Subscription fees are billed in advance for each billing period and are non-refundable except as required by law.
  • If a payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until the issue is resolved.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We may change plan prices with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

8. Your Content

You retain ownership of the campaigns, creatives, copy, and other content you create through the Service ("Your Content"). You grant Reads a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, and process Your Content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not use Your Content to train AI models or for any purpose outside the Service.

9. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance and may need to interrupt Service for security, infrastructure, or third-party API outages (Meta, Google, Vertex AI). We will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize disruption and to notify you of planned maintenance in advance.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY REGARDING THE RESULTS OF YOUR ADVERTISING CAMPAIGNS. AI-GENERATED CONTENT IS PROVIDED FOR YOUR REVIEW AND IS NOT GUARANTEED TO BE ACCURATE, EFFECTIVE, OR COMPLIANT WITH APPLICABLE POLICIES.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL READS BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL SUBSCRIPTION FEES YOU PAID TO READS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold Reads harmless from any third-party claim arising out of your violation of these Terms, your use of the Service, the content of the ads you publish through the Service, or your violation of the rights of any third party (including ad-platform policies of Meta or Google).

13. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Danger Zone, or by emailing legal@reads.az. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, if your account is dormant for an extended period, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately; provisions that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, governing law) will survive.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email to your account email address at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Baku, Azerbaijan, unless mandatory law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
